Come support Children of the World

Over the years Fairhope Brewing Co. patrons have donated TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars to worthy local and national charities through our Cheers to Charities promotion. The concept is simple: We invite some of our favorite people out to tell a little about the charities most dear to them and all of the tips received over the course of the night will go DIRECTLY to those causes.

Junior Auxiliary shares an Urgent Need

URGENT CALL FOR HELP! We still have over 30 "ornaments" left on our trees, each representing a child needing some Christmas magic! If you are able to help us this season, please consider stopping by the Piggly Wiggly Fairhope or Eastern Shore Pharmacy to pick an ornament & purchase a gift for a child this Christmas! If you don’t have time to shop, we have a virtual tree, offered below, or you can make a direct donation to Junior Auxiliary of the Eastern Shore, Alabama & we will shop a kid for you! Please help us make sure all children have a gift under the tree this year!

McDonald’s Rebuilding

Looking for a new job in the new year? Progress appears to be steady on the re-build of the Fairhope McDonald’s that burned down Thanksgiving 2023. The Fairhope Times reports that the re-built McDonald's restaurant 111 N. Greeno Rd. is seeking employees now.

Help to Celebrate Tamara Dean

Fairhope Public Library has named Robert Gourlay as the new director and he will move into his position January 1st. He has been serving as the Assitant Director and has been working the Fairhope Library for ten years now.

There will be a celebration to honor the current director Tamara Dean next week - come show your love and appreciation for 23 years serving our library!

Local Author Event

Make sure to join the Fairhope Museum of History on Saturday, December 14th, at 1:00 pm in the Museum Council Chamber for the December Speaker Series with Lila Marie Pennington Ryals! Lifelong Fairhope Resident, Lila Ryals, will discuss her book “What Would Mama Do?: Growing Up An “Almost” Orphan in Fairhope”.

Admission is FREE and open to the public and refreshments will be provided!
