Fairhope’s Riley Leonard to Play in 2025 Senior Bowl
Riley Leonard, the Notre Dame quarterback and former Fairhope High School standout, is coming home to play in the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama. Leonard, who transferred from Duke to Notre Dame in 2024, has had an impressive college career with over 6,300 passing yards, 38 touchdowns, and nearly 1,900 rushing yards. Excited about the opportunity, Leonard shared his gratitude, saying it’s a childhood dream come true to play in the Senior Bowl, where he once watched as a kid. The game, a major NFL draft showcase, takes place on Feb. 1 at Hancock Whitney Stadium and will air on NFL Network.

Fairhope Christmas Parade on Friday
The Annual Fairhope Christmas Parade in Downtown Fairhope will be on Friday December 6th at 7:00 pm. Heade downtown early for dinner and then join others to enjoy the parade that begins at the intersection of Morphy and Section Street and continues down Section to Oak Street. The excitement will build as more than 60 parade units dazzle the crowd in anticipation of Santa Claus’ arrival to Fairhope for the holiday season!
